Whimsicott: Really convenient to have. It helps beat Dragon, Fighting and Dark, especially Mega Sableye. Its Stun Spore is useful for things like Mega Charizard X and other setup sweepers that like to boost Speed. You might think, why is Nature Power (Tri Attack) on there? Well, when you use it with Prankster it gets Priority because it's a Status move. This is really useful against Mega Pinsir and it's a great revenge killer, because people don't expect it.
Breloom: The physical attacker on my team. The set is pretty standard so I won't explain it.
Ferrothorn: The wall on my team. I use Rocky Helmet over Leftovers because it helps me do more damage on Physical Attackers that usually rips through Grass like Staraptor and Mega Pinsir. I use both Stealth Rock and Spikes to inflict more damage on switch-ins making it a lot easier to rack up damage and prepare a sweep with Breloom, Whimsicott, or Celebi.
Mega Venusaur: The Mega that is preferred on Grass, as it gives a nice Fire and Ice neutrality. It's set is max Special Attack to dish out damage. The moves are pretty standard. The Speed EV's let it outspeed Azumarill.
Cradily: This thing is a beast. It's a special wall and it helps deal with Flying, Fire, Bug, Poison, and Togekiss on Fairy. This thing simply helps with Grass's weaknesses. You might think, why Storm Drain? well, Scald burns are annoying and it allows you to setup on mono attaking Pokemon with Water as their mono attacking type, leaving stuff like Suicune useless.
Celebi: It's a weird set, but it actually works for me because people don't expect it. It beats Choice Scarf Heracross, Choice Scarf Darmanitan and Choice Scarf Hydreigon. It's a great sweeper with all your hazards up and it's simply awesome!
