Chansey: This is the main special wall. Standard set sets up has stealth rocks and thunder wave to cripple threats that try to set up on it. Also you could run heal bell over stealth rock but stealth rock is more beneficial and Chansey has natural cure anyway. Softboiled is there to recover Chansey's HP, making it a solid wall.
Porygon2: This main physical wall of the team. The reason I use trace>download is because of Gliscor's growing popularity on flying and ground monos as seen from Kaiser's ground and ArVaDa's flying team. Ice Beam is there as a coverage move to hit threats such as Landorus-T, Gliscor, Hippowdon, etc. Toxic is there to poison your opponent and slowly kill them. Discharge is there for paralysis and for water and flying mons. Recover is there to recover HP.
Staraptor: Most of the normal teams now utilize defensive Staraptor, which is a very good mon, but I wanted to use a scarf because my normal team was very weak to Keldeo and I needed a way to check it (because Pidgeot doesn't outspeed it at first). Also, Staraptor is a very underrated scarfer on normal. It rips through lots of walls and if played right can trick your opponent into thinking it's defensive Staraptor. The two main stab moves, Double Edge and Brave Bird, are very powerful and Close Combat is there to deal with annoying steel types. U-turn is for gaining momentum
Pidgeot: This is my mega. Overall I felt at the start of ORAS this mega was overlooked, but after Balto, Bush, and other normal users started using it they all soon learned that this pokemon is a very helpful mon. Hurricane is the main stab to hit annoying fighting types. Heat Wave is used to hit steel types such as Scizor, Forretress, Genesect, etc. Defog is there to get rid of hazards. U-turn is there to gain momentum (instead of U-turn, Tailwind, Roost, or Work Up can be used)
Diggersby: One thing I noticed is that mons such as Aegislash walled my entire team. So I decided to go with a choice banded diggersby to deal with those threats. Earthquake and Return are the main stab moves (Frustration can be used also). Quick Attack is there as a prioty move to kill off weak mons. The last move is your choice. Over my time battling with the team I have found Knock Off to be the best to beat mono ghost and psychic which this team seemed to have a somewhat hard time with. Other options that are viable are Ice Punch, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Stone Edge, and U-turn.
Ditto: The last mon is here to prevent setup sweepers from sweeping the team. Overall that's its role. Also it can be used to copy a heal beller and use heal bell. You can have 0 happiness on ditto if you are worried about frustration. Please note Ditto copies all stats but HP. I cannot stress this enough.

Major Threats
1. Terrakion - Choice scarf Terrakion almost beats this whole team, but chansey lives 1 Close Combat and Thunder Waves it.
2. Keldeo - Keldeo can be a major threat because this team doesn't have a switch-in for it, but with the right prediction it can be easily checked. Also, Chansey can paralyze it.
3.Mega Medicham - All normal teams have this problem, but this normal team has it less because it has 2 checks to Mega Medicham. High Jump Kick OHKOs every mon on this team besides Ditto.
4. Mega Gallade - Similar story to Medicham, but Chansey has a chance to survive and paralyze and Porygon2 can Discharge it and hope for paralysis. Mega Pidgeot can kill it before Gallade mega evolves.
