All Falls Down's Balanced Psychic
Hey! This is all falls down and I usually float in the top 10 on the ladder using a lot of different teams, this team being one of them. I like to make teams around different sets that are seen in other tiers but aren't prepared for in Monotype. This team improves Psychic's match-up against almost every type, excluding being slightly weaker to Bug.

Deoxys-Defense: The star of the team, Deoxys-defense allows me to pull my hazard stacking shenanigans. The basic idea is to almost always lead with this unless there is a Pokemon that can defeat it, which is limited to pokemon like Mega Sableye and Mega Diancie or specific rapid spin users like Excadrill.
Jirachi: Part one of the u-turn core, Jirachi allows me to gain momentum and also adds a revenge killing aspect. Its typing also allows the team to be better prepared against threats like Mega Gardevoir and Azumarill while also being able to use trick to cripple walls. Healing wish is a very unique option on this set and can be replaced, but helps the team a ton by healing up a threat. A few Monotype teams like Ghost and Electric are completely destroyed by a Meloetta with two lives :)
Slowbro: Standard Pokemon on Psychic teams, and for good reason. Thunder wave lets it beat physical threats capable of sweeping the team, like Charizard X or Mega metagross. Psychic teams are very weak to volt-turn, so Slowbro's rocky helmet helps it weaken threats with U-turn, and with all the hazards the damage adds up quickly.
Gardevoir: The mega of choice, Gardevoir can dismantle Dark teams, one of the team's toughest matchups. The sheer power lets it wallbreak threats for Victini to clean up. Substitute is for Bisharps, as that is by far one of the biggest threats to this team. U-turn works very well with this Pokemon.
Victini: One of my favorite Pokemon on this team, and also a very underrated threat, choice banded Victini. There are very few things in the tier that can take a V-create, and this lets Victini blast holes into teams. It particularly excels at wallbreaking tricky Flying, Fairy, and Normal teams. Running choice band lets you destroy things that you usually wouldn't be able to, but it does make the team slightly weaker to bug teams, leaving a reliance on Jirachi.
Meloetta: The final Pokemon, another standard Pokemon on Psychic teams. Meloetta's job is to sponge special attacks, mainly ghost typed moves. It lets Psychic not get completely swept by Pokemon like Scarf Gengar and Scarf Chandelure. Energy ball is to hit Gastrodon, as Ground teams a huge threat. The moveslot is mainly a filler, and it can be Hyper voice, Thunderbolt or even Dazzling Gleam.
